As of right now I am not nervous about graduation. The nerves still haven't hit me yet and I think it's because I've been focused on my work and haven't really been trying think about graduation. One of my preparations for post graduation are a couple of job interviews. I would like to start working right when High school ends that way I can still keep myself busy. I would like to work up until school starts because I would like to attend Porterville College. Getting a job right after high school ends is the plan for me that way I can save up some gas money to make the drive up to Porterville and use my saved up money to buy some of the resources I will need like books.
Closing in on my final year I still got work to do. I've been pushing extremely hard to stay caught up with my classes I need to graduate. Some of my classes have gotten a lot harder and some have still been somewhat easy as they were in the beginning of the year. So far this year I already finished goverment which makes the end of the year a little less stress for me knowing one of my required class is out the way. I have switched to economics and now the goal is to finish that class as well as the rest of my classes.
So far this year the most important thing I am looking forward to this year is graduating. This means I have to complete every topic and every assignment I have this year for all 7 of my classes as the year winds down and I can't wait to complete them and finally be done. Some of my classes I have begun to struggle with I am really pushing to try understand some of topics of the class as best as I can so I don't fall behind in some of my harder classes. Falling behind in one of my classes will cause me to take time out of my other classes which I could possibly fall behind in if I'm worried about another class. So fishing all my classes and hopefully some of them a little early is most important and the only thing I'm looking forward to right now.
Looking back on senior year I am thankful to say I started senior year on pace. Also I am really thankful to say I was able to play basketball and golf this year for my school. Reflecting back on my last three years of high I am proud to be recognized as a student athlete.Playing basketball, baseball, and golf help me learn a lot by maturing much faster, and make a lot of real life decisions. Also I am thankful for some of the teachers I had in my past three years they made school much easier and when ever I had some type of personal problem in or out of school there was always several of teachers I could go talk to about it.
